bout the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable (AR) with proven experience in the medical billing industry. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement by managing the full spectrum of accounts receivable functions. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to maintain billing accuracy, follow up on claims, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately code medical procedures and diagnoses using CPT and ICD standards.
• Ensure complete and accurate submission of medical claims.
• Follow up on unpaid claims and manage timely collections.
• Verify insurance payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies to address claim-related issues.
• Manage secondary billing processes.
• Handle account reviews and respond to billing-related inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal billing teams and external clients to streamline operations.
• Perform accounts receivable functions including denial management and appeals.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and submit regular reports to the Billing Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical billing company as an AR Executive.
• Strong knowledge of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process, HIPAA compliance, and U.S. Federal and State healthcare regulations.
• Proficiency in using multiple billing software systems is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 – Rs35,000.00 per month
