Laftic is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – Medical Billing to drive growth in our healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) services. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in U.S. medical billing sales, healthcare BPO, or related domains, and be skilled in generating leads, closing deals, and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and approach potential clients (clinics, private practices, healthcare facilities) for end-to-end medical billing services.
- Leverage outbound strategies: cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop targeted sales strategies based on industry trends, client needs, and market demand.
- Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and pricing models tailored to healthcare clients.
- Lead demos and negotiations to close deals and onboard new accounts.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal delivery teams.
- Ensure seamless transition from onboarding to ongoing service delivery.
- Establish long-term partnerships with consistent client engagement and upsell opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations and billing teams to ensure service feasibility and fulfillment.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and sales collateral.
- Provide ongoing market feedback to improve service offerings and delivery quality.
Reporting & Forecasting
- Maintain accurate client records and progress tracking using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot etc.).
- Generate weekly/monthly reports to share sales performance and pipeline metrics with leadership.
Contract Negotiation & Compliance
- Guide clients through contracts, SLAs, and service terms, ensuring clarity and compliance with U.S. healthcare regulations (HIPAA, etc.).
- Coordinate legal and documentation processes with relevant departments.
Qualifications
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master’s or certifications in RCM, HIPAA, or medical billing are a plus).
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within U.S. medical billing or healthcare outsourcing services.
- Strong understanding of RCM workflows, including patient eligibility, coding, claim submission, AR follow-ups, and denial management.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with medical billing platforms such as Kareo, Athenahealth, AdvancedMD, or similar.
- Working knowledge of U.S. healthcare regulations (HIPAA compliance, ICD/CPT codes is a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
