Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our
business development team. This role involves sourcing and compiling high-quality,
targeted leads in bulk on a daily basis for medical billing services targeting the United
States market. The ideal candidate should be familiar with data mining, lead scraping
tools, and CRM systems, and must be able to work independently to meet daily lead
volume goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and extract potential client leads in the USA healthcare sector (physician
offices, clinics, hospitals, etc.)
2. Use online directories, LinkedIn, Google, and lead generation tools like Apollo,
ZoomInfo, Skrapp, or similar to collect accurate data
3. Maintain and update lead databases (Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM) with key
contact details: Name, Role, Email, Phone Number, Clinic Name, Website, etc.
4. Ensure data accuracy, no duplication, and relevance to the medical billing
services target market
5. Generate bulk leads on a daily basis as per the assigned targets
6. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaign requirements
7. Research industry trends and keep up-to-date with market insights in the US
healthcare domain
8. Support email and cold-calling campaigns by ensuring clean, segmented lists
9. Track lead performance and suggest improvements to the lead generation
process
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience in bulk lead generation, preferably in US healthcare or
medical billing services
2. Familiarity with data scraping and lead generation tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo,
Hunter, etc.)
3. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce,
etc.)
4. Strong research skills and attention to detail
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills
6. Ability to meet tight deadlines and daily/weekly lead target
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with lead validation and enrichment.
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare industry basics (preferred but
not mandatory)
Prior work in B2B campaigns targeting healthcare providers in the US.
